GLIF is a virtual international organization that promotes the paradigm of lambda networking. Professor Dr. Luis Fernandez Lopez awarded the Peacemaker Medal (Medalha do Pacificador), an honor given to civil and military personalities due to relevant services provided to the Brazilian Army, raising the prestige of the institution or developing friendly relations between the Brazilian Army and the other nations.
